La Réserve Paris Hôtel & Spa trusts Hotelcloud for allying luxury and technology within its rooms
Michel Reybier Hospitality’s Parisian latest jewel features an all-inclusive Hotelcloud platform to please guests

San Francisco, June 10th, 2015 – Last January 19th, a luxury baby palace opened its doors in the prestigious Avenue Gabriel in the heart of Paris: La Reserve Paris Hotel & Spa; the occasion to introduce a brand new digital experience to in-house guests, a first for the group. In order to please an increasingly demanding international clientele, Hotelcloud deployed 60 in-room tablets connecting to innovative technologies: An e-concierge, room control capabilities, TV remote, Entertainment control. In this intimate 5-star hotel, a new vision of luxury is being showcased, enhanced by a smart and subtle technology. Guests feel home away from home, accessing all the internal services in one click.
This ambitious project, led by Hotelcloud, did require months of development and effort, and so to meet the hotel high expectations: discretely ally luxury and technology. To this end, 60 tablets were installed within 26 suites and 14 rooms and feature an easy-to-use and intuitive application with endless capabilities:
A digital concierge enables to book any hotel services: from ordering your in-room breakfast, to book a table at the Gabriel Restaurant or a treatment at the beautiful Nescens Spa, or to simply call your butler… Recommended addresses have all been listed by an experienced team of “Clés d’Or” concierges. At the fingertip of the guests, geo-localized maps identify nearby art galleries, Michelin-star restaurants, must-go bars and clubs as well as flagship monuments… Guests can also confidentially browse the web : the app has been setup so that it doesn’t remember a thing! A chat module let them ask anything, anytime to their concierge! Staff members are instantly notified about guests’ orders via email, web notifications, automated phone calls or push mobile notifications. An escalation call system sends reminders about pending requests, so to guarantee great staff reactivity!
In order to offer even more services, the application also integrates, in partnership with Wetec, a room control module so as to monitor the lighting and the temperature of the room.
Finally, a complete TV remote, designed and powered by Direct Streams, has been entirely integrated to the application, turning the iPad into the centerpiece of the room. Guests can turn on their TV, access an illustrated channel directory that they can filter by language or category, use the VOD or control the Airplay.

La Reserve Paris Hotel & Spa application is available in English and French. Guests can access it in their room from complimentary in-room tablets or on-the-go from their own device: tablet, laptop or smartphone.
